Located in Tuscany, Chianciano-Terme is a small town where
it’s possible to relax and dedicate to charming excursions. As the name
suggests, the town contains an important thermal spring used since the
antiquity by the Romans and Etruscans, who knew the curative properties of the
thermal water. Today the things have changed, but the sulfurous water still
flows slowly and peacefully as it did before. There are four springs (Holy
Water Spring, Fucoli Spring, Sillene Spring and Santissima Acqua Spring) and
each of them has its own history and properties.
In town you can also visit some museums: the Art Museum Of
Chianciano-Terme, where you can admire paintings of great artists as Munch,
Rembrandt and Magritte, and the Civic Museum, which hosts ancient Etruscan
findings.
Chianciano-Terme is surrounded by hills and valleys where
the tourist can hike out.

the Middle Ages.
